Guessens Mews is the redevelopment of the prestigious grade II* listed building and former home of the renowned Poet Edward Young. Located in the sought after village of Welwyn.

The development has been carefully designed by the award winning local architect Ivan Clarke.

The designs have been carefully created, taking into account the beautiful period features of the house and enhancing the original glory and character of the building to establish 5 stunning homes from the existing house and 2 thoughtful new builds.
